This hotel met the needs! It was clean and the staff were pretty friendly, beds were very comfy. The property's location was particularly good, close to a tram stop. It was also really close to tram / bus stops, tram stops to ride into Blackpool and the north pier. In general the service was good.

The breakfast was absolutely superb as expected with black pudding and numerous options. It was based in very nice modern building in a good location, on the tram to the central pier. And we were close to easy tram links to attractions, a tram stop less than 3 minutes away and the center.

The rooms were brand-new and lovely modern, had a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets. The location was convenient for Blackpool, near town centre and fairground and North Shore. Found Othello's Greek a minute walk from the hotel where I had supper.
Facilities were very clean, nonetheless Wi-Fi was very poor.
